All items that are sold from our shop, are sold as seen and not returnable.
All items that have been ordered as bespoke items, can be cancelled within 48 hours of order, unless they are priority orders. After 48 hours, the order has been confirmed, and as such full payment will be due.
When stock items are purchased on line you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods and all items should be returned in a saleable condition, unused and in the original unopened packaging.
If collection of an item is required, where goods are not faulty we will charge you the cost of collection which will be discussed prior to arrangements being made.
The product you wish to return must be unused and in a saleable (perfect) condition and items must be returned in the original packaging.
If you are returning large goods, this must be done by prior arrangement to ensure our goods inwards facility is available to your chosen courier. The cost of returning goods must be borne by you (the customer).
